Series IV. Operetta scores (1908-1925) includes musical scores for operettas performed by Wellesley College students. Most of these operettas were performed by the dramatics society, the Barnswallows, but the series also includes an operetta performed by the Class of 1911, an all-college performance, and a "Tech Show" musical comedy hosted by MIT.
Eben Horsford papers
Collection includes photocopies of correspondence of Eben Horsford, dating from 1859 to 1887. Includes photocopies and transcripts of letters (mostly to Horsford), invitations and programs, concerning his gifts to Wellesley College, the administration of Wellesley College, the Class of 1886, and his relationship with members of the College community. Includes a donation certificate and publications.
Economics Department records
This collection includes course materials, administrative correspondence, and faculty publications dating from 1899 to 2004. Also includes letters from former economics majors discussing graduate school, offering career advice, and detaling how their careers developed after graduating from Wellesley.
Edith B. Lehman papers
This collection is composed mostly of correspondence from Edith B. Lehman to her mother, Carrie A. Lehman, during her four years attending Wellesley College from 1896-1900. It also includes letters sent home during a trip she took to visit family and see the Chicago World’s Fair in 1893, as well as speeches and newspaper clippings from her high school graduation.
Eleanor Acheson Gamble papers
Notebooks documenting research and experiments conducted by Dr. Eleanor Gamble. Of note is her travel document and several notebooks related to Dr. Gambl’s 1906 postdoctoral research work with Georg Elias Müller in Germany.
