Collection includes event materials, class communications, news clippings, and information on individual alumnae, as well as class directories and a series of letters written by class member Eleanor Herz (Swent) home to her parents during her years at Wellesley and the preceding summer (1941-1945). Eleanor's letters frequently discuss the war. Also includes scrapbooks and reunion materials, particularly regarding a series of peace lectures.

Collection consists of the records of the Class of 1939, dating from 1935-2005. Includes records of students (event materials, clippings, course materials, scrapbooks) and alumnae (activities, accomplishments, reunions). Of note are materials remembering the 1938 hurricane, and the 1939 hoop-rolling disturbance (a male Harvard student snuck into the race).

Records of the Class of 1902, dating from 1893 to 2009, consisting of correspondence, class histories, clippings, class constitution, minutes, notebooks, photographs, photograph albums, programs, poetry and scrapbooks; concerning class meetings and the social and academic activities of members of the class as undergraduates, and information on reunions, careers and activities of members of the class as alumnae.
