Scope and Contents
Ernestine Carter was active in several organizations, including the Council of the Royal College of Art, the National Council for Diploma in Art and Design, and the Selection Panel for the Duke of Edinburgh's Award for Design. This series contains journals, correspondence, meeting minutes, agendas, and publications dating from 1967 to 1982 related to her involvement with the Royal Society of the Arts and the Costume Institute.
