Scope and Contents
Tag reads: "Alice Freeman Palmer, 1855-1902. An unsigned portrait in oils painted by Winifred Rieber." Accompanying note reads: "1/22/96. [To:] Wilma. This portrait of Alice Palmer was in our "Minns Case" on the bridge. We have been clearing it out and putting things in our new steel file case. Do you think this belongs in Archives? (We thought so) the only information we have is on the back of the frame... Ruth" Later annotation reads: "We are not sure that it came from Ms. Minns."
