Scope and Contents
Series V. includes the correspondence of John McAndrew and of his wife, Betty Bartlett McAndrew. Correspondence is a mix of personal and professional; topics include awards McAndrew received, get well wishes during illnesses (he suffered a heart attack in 1968), the publication of his writings, and his work in Venice, Italy. Correspondence also appears in other series where the subject is a better fit. This series includes McAndrew's collection of postcards from various travels, which are mostly blank.
