Scope and Contents
Series II. relates to McAndrew's work with Save Venice, Inc. John McAndrew founded Save Venice, Inc. in 1971 and was the first chairman of the organization in the early 1970s. Save Venice was founded to preserve the artistic heritage of Venice, Italy, through the protection and restoration of its art and architecture. This series includes administrative and financial records of Save Venice, including its By-Laws and articles of incorporation, correspondence, news clippings, and event materials.
